the paint problem is not under the gas cap area, the real issue is the poor repaint/color match on the lower section of the cab itself. It's too light. I'm guessing rotted rockers replaced. There are two underside pics, and in one you can see some greenish overspray...

That interior...yech. Carpet, seat material and door pockets look aftermarket and not a good match color wise.

Still a decent truck, not sure if I'd pay more than $4-5K for it though.

The rear bed lines don't match up to to cab very well either. Definitely saw the color difference on the lower panel areas.....
