I finally got some assembly pics today before I started the install. The adapter is a custom one made by Az-Kickin Offroad. The fixed yoke was done using Dodge parts.

The pics are in my webshots which are linked in my sig line. Let me know what ya think.

Awesome! Are they ready to mass produce those things?

The only question I have is:
What do you do about the transfer case mount that is normally on the adaptor?

No, theyre not ready to mass produce. This is the first and Im still doing the install. I havent figured out exactly how the mount will work, but will be on the adapter. Ive got a couple of plans but nothing definate untill its in and I can get some measurements.

How do you plan to modify the stock shifter to work with the increased angle of the case? How much frame rail clearence is there?

should make it so it mounts up across the top of the frame rail or something with a wrapunder skid plate... could use the clip-nuts that clip onto the frame...just my .02...

Im not sure exactly how everything will work since it hasnt been bolted into place yet. Once I get it all ironed out Ill do a write-up for Az-Kickin so they can decide how to proceed.

That is an option, Ill just have to see which will work best. The only problem with mounting on top of the frame is those people without a body lift may have problems installing it.

I dont know what the final cost of the finished product will be. The adapter was my design and Az-kickin built it since I dont have access to a lathe.

Im still working on it. I have found that the floor will need to be clearanced. The wire feeder went out on the welder so Im trying to get that fixed before I can get the crossmember and linkages setup.
