Price check:Warn XD9000

Looked at a Warn XD9000 today that a fella has for sale. It has good cable, roller fairlead, and remote. It's in pretty good shape and works fine. The only problem I see is one of the terminals that the battery cable attaches to is rusted some. He will not budge off $350. What do y'all think? BUY or PASS?
