I'm not sure about the mileage but I think it has the original motor (350, still strong) with a QuadraJet 4-barrel carb. 12 bolt rear (welded, but I may be able to find a non welded open diff 12 bolt to go with it if you want), 10 bolt front, 3.08 gears, np203, TH350, manual locking hubs, 32" BFG muds (2 in good shape, 2 in decent shape), new battery, Summit high flow/pressure oil pump. It turns over quick and runs good. Frame is good, body has rust mainly on passenger floor board and rear quarter panels. I'll throw in a tub and frame with good quarter panels from a 79 K5 for free. Will need front drive shaft.
