Pro Comp Add a leafs good?

I was looking into adding some room under the K5 for some 35's. Are pro comps add a leafs any good? Any suggestions for another brand? What are the advantages disadvantages to add a leafs and or lift blocks? Which is better? Thanks for viewing....

Add a leafs really hurt the flex. I'm dealing with that right now. Lift blocks give more leverage for axle wrap. Your best bet is a shackle flip or lift springs.

I put in add-a-leaf's in the rear just to take care of the saggy butt problem. If you want lift all the way around I would suggest getting new springs all the way around..but if $$ is an issue try the ORD's add-a-leaf's...A lot of member's on this site have them. Ask around....

Well I have the Pro chump add-a-leafs under my 83 to help with the saggy butt. With mine I had to cut them to fit, I got the long ones they fit # 2 when counting from the top they were so long they hit the shackle and made a poping noise that drove me nuts. As for any other problems I haven't seen any yet. I got about 2in of lift at first I think I've lost about 1/2in in about five months of use. If you get them just make sure they don't hit the shackle and I should say I mine hit the eye part of the main leaf sorry about that, and it hit at both ends but at the rear is where it would pop
