procomp makes an eight inch lift leafpack for the rear of 88-98 chevys and im going to install one in the rear of an 87 chevy shorty with moved but otherwise unaltered shackles and hangers and was wondering

unless im missing something this alone will net more than eight inches of lift correct? any help would be appreciated

rear of an 87 chevy shorty( with moved )but otherwise unaltered shackles and hangers ...

that statement makes no sense , did you leave something out ?
If you put it those leaves in with no shackle flip it will net you about 8".

moved meaning pushed fore and aft to keep stock length wheelbase
and unaltered specifying no change in shackle length or hanger length

they only make a 3.5" and a 5.5" spring, I have the 3.5" W/ 2.5" shackle flip and hd 6" shackles. It works great.:D I know a lot of people that are using them in toy's because the are cheap.

im positive they make an eight inch pair
but anyways i decided to
1. remove my saddle tanks in favor of a bed mounted fuel cell
2. then move the stock mounts in order to keep an unchanged wheelbase

this way later i can add a shackle flip if i am so inclined:waytogo:

sound good?

ive got procomp 5" springs in the back of my k5 with a shackle flip. i love them, they flex great
