no i have always had the iac % in the 60 plus and thought there was a vid on how to adjust the numbers down.
If its always that high, just bump up your physical idle screw a scoche.

great people and info here .
and as said its adjustment of screw for throttle and playing with tuner app to verify .
high IAC = screw not in as needed for air flow so it makes up for it .

If your IAC is that high in park when warm, you need to open the butterflies more manually to lower it.
Keep in mind, anytime you adjust that you need to reteach the TPS so it knows the new zero point at idle. This is true for nearly any EFI system.
You can do that in advanced tuning and idle tuning with your phone or tablet.
When you are done, to verify it was done correctly, the TPS should say 0% at idle, and move immediately above that when the throttle is moved, and go to 100% at WOT (test that with engine off of course) The IAC should also be around 5 - 15% at idle when warm in neutral/park.
