Pro Tools 105HD Q's

The 105HD is limited to 2" x .134" wall but i've read posts where people have actually bent 2" x .250" wall. I don't think i would try to bend that thick but i'm sure it could easily bend thicker than .134" wall.
I just cant believe that bender could bend 2" .250 wall tube. I have to see it to believe it. I have read post too where people say they have too but I call bulls**t. That tube is soo freakin strong its not even funny.
You don't have to convince me. I paid good money for my bender and i'm not about to screw it up by bending something thicker than the bender is rated to bend. If something happens to my bender while bending material that it's rated for then i'll be having a chat with Pro-Tools about it but if i were to bend something thicker and screw up my bender that would all be on me and not worth it in the end.
Do you bend manually? You would be AMAZED at how quickly a hydro setup does the job.
Now, I'm definitely not saying that Pro Tools is wrong and you can bend 2" .250" wall all day every day, but I would ASSume that your comment is based on the physical effor required to bend even 1.75" .120" wall. A hydro setup will make short work of that. It's just a matter of how much the bender arms can take before the holes wallow and they grenade.
Yes, I bend manually. I know it would have to be bent with hydro, but still, thats some seriously strong tube. Again, I would have to see it on video before I believe it.
Got a 2" die and shoe you want to send my way? I have an overkill hydro setup that I would be dumb enough to give it a whirl with.
I might have to bend my lower links, which will be 2.25", .375" wall, but that job will be done with a lot of propylene and an enormous press brake.

IF I had the means I sure would like to build one that would bend 2" X .250 wall tube, that would be bad ass.
Wouldn't be terribly hard if you had a way to replicate the arms. Make them thicker, have them heat treated. A slab of something that thick that will respond well to heat treating wouldn't be cheap, but it wouldn't be difficult to make either.
Make me something that will do 2.25" .375" wall and I'll buy it.
