Full cage, set it on some 1 tons?? I think I might want to do this!! What do you think??

I just picked up some of those fenders this past weekend, I also have the hood. (All freebies with minor damage which I am repairing.) I was wondering how difficult of a project it would be, myself. I been debating back and forth about it even before I scored the fenders. But now that I see it, I am getting motivated.

The problem I see as of right now is that our fenders are quite a bit longer, basically the whole nose is longer. I was thinking of mounting the hood somehow and working from there on. Thanks for sharing the link.

Those so-called "Conversion 'Glass" kits came about b/c of the body style change. To keep desert race trucks built around the old cabs looking current (= BIG $$$$ if you won) those kits were developed.

For some reason that silly look caught on as a fad. I think it's hideous.

Me neither, looks too much like a pre runner with that front end. Not as beefy looking as the original front clip.

Sooo it would probably be better to SAS a newer style blazer and just leave the gen II alone??
