Problem with passenger door lock

My 88' Blazer with power door locks seems to be missing the little clip which holds the manual door lock knob rod to the power lock actuator. I learned this after putting it back in place only to have it fall out of place inside after a couple of uses. Since it is disconnected, I can almost pull this rod out the top of the door panel. Where can I find this clip to hold the rod in place? Is there a alternative fix available that will last longer?

Junk yard. You probably won't even need to pull a door apart, it will be done for you. Maybe even grab a couple. I had to replace on of these a little over a year ago.
