New piece of the puzzle. I checked the cap and button, alls fine. But you let it sit idling, then shake/slam a door/ or bounce on the truck and it stumbles. I'm thinking wire grounding or something broke in the sender.

Wiggle the cam sensor connector in the back of the dizzy.
Does it actually stall? Will it rev up in park just not underload?

When I picked him up, the neg on the battery was kinda loose (You could move it by hand with some pressure) No tools at the time to tighten. Ran about the same when moved. Maybe it might have something to do with it?

I took it today and had it scanned. Coolant temp sensor was the only codes. So I bought a new one, installed it in the parking lot and the code went away. Still runs like crap. And when I unloaded it here another SES came on.
I stopped and talked to the local mechanic and told a couple things to try. If they don't work, he told me to bring it up to him and he'll put it on a real computer and check the data.

I've also pulled the bed, removed the sending unit, changed the screens/socks and got the little bit of water out of the tank. Changed the coolant temp sensor as that was the SES code. Still didn't work, so I checked the cats. Removed the cross pipes and let it free flow, still no worky. Had the alt tested and checked all the connections, its good. The dizzy hold down was loose so I tighten it up thinking it may have been rocking. The shake the truck thing has seemed to disappeared, now its like its missing really bad around 2k rpms.

whats the fuel pressure if u turn the truck to start and then off?what is it after 5 mins?it will leak down but how much
