Problems with DD please Help

I finished swapping out engine from a donor truck in my 99 ranger 3.0 v6. Same motor swap but I had to put in throw out bearing to fit my manual 5 speed. Now I have no clutch at all. When started, it will not shift into or out of any gear. You can put it into a gear when not started, start it up and have that gear but it will not come out. Any ideas?

Was the donor engine an auto or manual tranny.?
If it was auto, did you install a pilot bushing?
Sounds like you need to bleed the hydraulic clutch system. How does the pedal feel?

It came from auto but I did install the pilot bearing. My uncle and I blead the clutch system for over and hour. Still nothing.

before the swap the pedal felt like a spring was attached, now there is no resistance at all on the pedal.
