Friend installed a factory roller cam from a gen 6 big block into a 94 mark 5 454 and comp cam's retrofit roller lifters p/n cca-854 won't build oil on the intake lifters/rocker assembly. Any engine gurus have any ideas?

Won't build on ONLY intake side?? exaust side builds pressure?
I guess so, just intake rockers only.
