problems with the transfercase

the orignal owner said that if I touch the transfercase shifter....the whole engine locks up or something like that...i am to scared to touch it...just wondering what wrong with it? like form the general idea...what could be wrong...in a month or so planning on going back to my hometown and go wheeling with some friends in their suzuki samuaris....don't make any jokes I am a zuki owner..and i did stuff that would flip the blazer...kinda

i'll try once the orignal owner is around he knows what to do to make it work again....I got a stock 350 just wondering what are some easy bolt on parts that help the horsepower/make it run better....i got a digi camera and one day i am going to take a picture of the beast...for right now we are callin it chayanne (sp) cause that is whats already on the dash...but figured out it be her name now...anyways...yea...horsepower easy...

Nevermind, I see now that you're talking about a K5. If it were a Zuk you were referring to, I could tell you what's wrong with it.
