leaf spring identification?

Hi all I am trying to find out what leaf spring these are. The springs are for sure a procomp # 11211. I think they are for a 2.5 inch lift but not for sure. I was told that the truck had a 4" lift but since the shacle flip the rear sits about 1" higher than the front. If the springs are 2.5" springs what should I do, Zero rate it, buy some 4" ez-rides or go ahead and do the rear to front spring swap?

I called them a while ago when my friends shim broke. They were real cool on the phone and gave me a free shim and answered all of my questions.

11211's are 2.5". The PO put them on my truck, and I confirmed it on the Pro-Comp website.
