#2 I agree with, #1 is sad but true. :doah:

Kert, when I need parts, remind me to go through you and Terry first and not to order from Summit anymore.

Would you or Terry be willing to do gift certificates? I think that'd net a few buck and take a little pressure off of girlfriends and wives next holiday season.

Ok, i'll put something together

damn Kert... you're going for the big time now. :thumb:

and here I was thinking that my list of "stuff to get from DIY" was starting to get short (finally). So much for that! ;)

btw, I thought I saw a pic somewhere of a front spring hanger (on the rear axle/suspension) that you fabbed... but can't find it. Do you have a standard one you make for that or is it a one-off kinda thing? Just wondering... I'm going to want something for that in the future... preferably something that has a flat surface on top to tie into my cage. :)

We did one at one point. Never really got it on the website though. It is a conversion hanger to put a one ton axle in without having to move perches. Course the one ton flip would be needed as well.

Let me know what your thinkin on the new product lines!

How about a price on, for my bro: a set of 5.86 gears, install kit and detroit locker for dana 70HD
for me: set of 5.13 gears and install kit for 14bff

the 14bff is 4.10 & down carrier. The dana70 has no carrier, will that be a problem or does the detoit replace it in the 70HD?

Given the huge line of brand names you can get.. heres what my next parts order is going to be

th350 steel pan w/ filter/gasket
th350 dipstick + tube
poly body mounts for 1985 regular cab 1 ton
poly engine mounts for 85 6.2 truck
poly trans mounts for 77 jimmy w/ 350/th350.

all delivered to 96720

5.13 gear for 14bff (3.73-4.10 carrier)
5.13 gears for dana 44 (same type of carrier)
spool for dana 44
install kits for both (including bearings)

I think I'll draw something in CAD again..... I want a bracket that attaches to the stock holes, is large enough that I could use a spring with a cartridge joint in it, and has some kind of flat surface on the top that I could tie it into my cage. I'll see what I can come up with. You guys make hangers for the other 3 types of k5 spring/frame attachment... why not cover the 4th? :thumb:
