Is a start. Pickups are trickier, and I am quite sure nobody but the General -- and that only maybe -- can distinguish duallies from SRW, etc.

I can tell you that single cabs outnumber six-packs by a large margin, and duallies seem to congregate in San Francisco (EricM has them all )
