Professional TBI help

Can anyone recommend a business that will make me a custom "bin" to load into my TBI system? I've learned a lot, but I'm too busy to keep messing around and would just like to get it done and go on with life. I have some non-standard things about my setup that keep me from just using the factory tune, and that's if anyone could even tell me where to get the right factory tune in the first place. It actually runs pretty decently, but it has some quirks that are annoying and might keep me from passing emissions. Thanks for any help.

I tried Howell and AFI and they never returned my E-mail. I guess they just want to sell hardware.

Yeah, I'm working with him now. He's sort of helping me for free at the moment since I just want it to run like factory stock. I'd actually feel better if I paid him a little since I feel like I'm bugging him right now. I might ask "how much do I owe you?" at the end if he keeps helping me for a while and we get it running right.
