Well I thought I post up a few progress pics. Got the new shoes 35-14.50-16 Nitto Mudgrapplers on 16x10 Eagle Alloys. The body work is almost done and should be able to get it painted in the next week or 2.

Maybe my burb can look like yours when it grows up. Say, do those Nittos do OK offroad, or are they just to look cool?

I just can't stop looking at your pics. I finally convince myself I'm not going to have a project DD, then I see a burb like that and see all the potential in mine. Newer burbs just don't look as cool as the 73-91 version. Dang it!

Well as for color I am going a solid metallic grey with some possiable pinstripe flames or ghost not sure yet. As for the Nittos I love them both on and off-road. Had it in the Hassayampa river to do some shooting and never even had to uses the 4wheel drive. So far so good much better than my swampers. And as for the newer burbs I like them but give me a strait axle and a square body they are bee-e-utiful.

This is the one I had at the meet and greet last year.

I have been toying with the idea of doing a 4 link with kings in the front. just not sure if I want to do that to my daily driver.

the nittos looks like they would be good tires (similar tread to krawlers kinda), too bad most of them come in bling bling rim sizes

They are all steel and actually work. A buddy gets them for 300.00. I don't know the manufacturer thoe.

OK moose it's time for an update on the Sub.... Did ya get it painted yet? How did the interior turn out? Did ya do the crossover steering for it? Is it all still togather? Just joking, I know you told me it's a DD. One of these days I might get one of those hoods from you..... If I can ever save enough money up for one.....

Still the same. The BUDDY that owed me a favor and was going to do the paint if I bought the materials flaked. I just picked up a 89 Yota 4x4 to drive so this will let me spend some on it. Oh ya and Moving took time but know I have a 3 car garage and a 1/4 acre.

How do I get a deal like that? Hell at that price I would even consider driving down to Az to get it! Would give me an excuse to see my brother in Gilbert too!
