Bushings are trashed in the front. Unfortunately the bushings I got from BDS were made for a 7/16 thinner bolt and it had a larger bolt at the bottom of the shackle. Luckily I had some of these spare shackles laying around that fit 7/16 and went to hardware store for new grade 8 bolts.

New windshield installed. My good buddy let me keep on his property until I had some room at home.

Replaced the old Holley Truck Avenger carb with an Edelbrock.

Clear coat was peeling so I sanded down those areas and had it wrapped in this 3M Gloss white with gold metallic. Definitely a white pearl. Looks bitchin in the sun! I thought about doing a similar gray metallic on the bottom but I think it looks good solid white with the pearl look. New trim and molding coming soon. Replacing the front bumper since the black impact strip is not looking good and they no longer make it. Bummer. They do make it for the rear bumper and I replaced that. Had to remove both bumpers for the wrap. Also did a new GMC grille since the old one had chrome lifting and cracked in one bezel. Also did new turn signal lenses in the front, front sides and new tails in the back.

Did you do the wrap yourself or had someone else do it.
Looks clean

I had a local guy do it that does great work and his prices are decent. After watching him, its not that difficult but still need to know how to properly stretch, heat it, etc. Its all technique. If anyone in Denver, CO needs a wrap place, just look up Endless Wraps and Detail in Englewood.

Got the bumper replaced. Came out nice. Got bumper off Amazon since their return policy is easy to deal with and no shipping charge back if bad. New Bumper bolts from LMC.

Bumper face was nice but ends had some manufacturing marks on it but so did the stock bumper a little.

Tie rod needs replaces. Need to figure how I will drill the 3/4" hole needed for the ram assist...

Went to Cars and Coffee last weekend. Nicely built Bronco next to me.

Repainted the top with a flat white rattle can. There were a few areas I had to primer where the coating was thin. Turned out nice. Another option would be raptor bed coating but in white but that would cost more $$$. This was a cheap and effective way since the top was in good condition. If it was worse, I would have done the Raptor option.

Not the greatest pic but also got one side of the molding done. The rear corners were wrapped in chrome where it was worn off. Those are not reproduced so luckily the original ones were in ok shape excluding the chrome area. New Jimmy emblems on the shell.

Little cars and coffee action last weekend with Stevo in the 72. Still need to install the molding on the other side. Was waiting for my new rear corner molding sample to test fit it.

New tailgate band installed. Need to find a new GMC emblem. The new Jimmy emblem was spot on and looks way better than the weathered one that was on there.

Removed and polished the cluster lens with left over headlight polish buffing wheel and threw in some bright LED's in the cluster and HVAC.

Used cheap 194 LED's on Amazon. 10 for $12
