i just had a 454 built up and had the compression bumped up to 9.5, but from the way it sounds propane works better with higher compression. does this sound right.

propane is rated at 100-110 octane

right on brother.......compression would be gravy at 10.5:1 for LPG on steel heads.

i have a 9.1 468 i just had built, but im going to use a turbo. would that put me in the right are for the 110 octane.
