Proportioning valve wire at the gauge cluster

I’m installing a set of new vintage gauges in my 1975 K5 Blazer. My stock gauges had gauges for; speed, fuel, amps, water temp, oil pressure, then a dummy brake light in the 4th little-gauge position. I’ve got it all 90% wired up and the last thing I have left to wire is that brake light. When I trace from the dummy light back to the main harness plug of my old cluster it appears to go to a pin that has two wires going into it. Does that sound right? I thought the proportioning valve just had one wire?

Oh I see, so if either wire were sending a signal it would trigger the light? That makes more sense. I was actually unaware they had a parking brake light in 75. My wire must be long gone.
