They do not.
E-mailed Doug and asked before I bought, they come as they are in the picture only.

Funny thing is, there was a $16 dollar charge on the invoice under shipping/handling.

Plain and simple, Doug's a good guy to do business with.

He called me in person last night and explained that the "free shipping" applies to the knuckles but not the rebuild kits.

Imagine paying to ship those!
