OK so I am looking at these for doing light welding like patch panels. Need input from the ones who know about this stuff. Pros and Cons to each and why.

whatcha gonna weld with 90 amps?
thin sheet metal would be fine... at the very least get the bigger one, but i say hold out for a used miller at the least for a couple bones... after christmas craigslist sales
 
not much duty cycle there, only 10% at 90 and 20 % at 60. i'd spend a little more and get a more capable machine. there's better 110V welders out there. i'd say you're definitely not getting what you're not paying for.
