We are gettin and making some screamin' deals for PRP seats. PRP has asked us not to publicize our selling price.

Let me know what style you like and I"ll get you a number.

No time like the present. Can't keep these prices going for long.

didn't realize you where putting orders in yet...

pm sent..

Quite a few quotes in the last two days.

PULL THE TRIGGER!!!:thumb:

I'd been mulling over the idea of new seats since I put in the cage and lost headroom. The factory seats are surprisingly tall even when bottomed out on my cage.

Anyway, I figured Kert's post was A Sign From On High that I should break down and get some low-profile racing buckets. :D I found it quite the deal as for my particular choice, his price was more than 15% off PRP's price; obviously you'll need to ping him for specifics on your selection. YMMV, I don't speak for DIY4X, etc.

He'd told me to expect them two weeks out, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a bloody great huge box on my doorstep yesterday afternoon, all of eleven days after ordering!

So this holiday weekend is being spent in a fury of metalworking to mount the new seats. Pix will duly be posted in my build thread when done.

Anyway, don't mean to highjack, but I did wanna say that if you're thinking of new seats, jump on this. I'm as pleased with the seats as I am with Kert's pricing and service. :thumb:

Thanks for the kind words. It has been great working with PRP. They have been great.

We've been in and out of other products over the years. Some we've dropped just because of lack of interest and some others because the supplier was difficult to work with. Not the case wit PRP. They are great.

They also have a ratcheting 5 point harness that I want to check out and need to get the on the horn for some limit straps when I have a chance to flex the blazer out again and do some measuring.

Thanks again for the props Dremu!!

So have a question in looking at Dremu seats then mine. Mine are way laid back further then his seem to be?

Is it because mine are the extra tall ones or is it an optical illusion on my part.
It is uncomfortable to lean back on mine the head rest is so far away.

I think it is the slope to the body parts below the seat base, they appear to be sloped to the rear. Mine are dead flat and its not a problem to lean all the way back.

Yep I looked at Dremu's pics and his bases are flat also.

I find it difficult to tell from you guys pictures. Nothing really common in the back ground to judge them by.

I'd suspect any difference in appearance is probably mounting differences. His are cage mounted, look like you are on a slider but hard to tell for sure from the pics.

saw their 5pt ratchet mount at the sand sport super show yesterday. you gotta buy the whole harness, they wont sell the ratchet part separate, even though they could. its on one of the lap belts only. too expensive i felt.
