PS pump flushing question question????

There is a post somewhere on this board refering to PS pump flushing. Some kind soul replied with "Check this link out", it was a very informative way of bleeding a PS pump. I can not find that freaking link again!!! Someone help before I go nuttier!!!!!!!!
