Well i just got the PSC kit Installed last weekend the install went pretty well other than the hoses were to short that came with the kit other than that it went great.

This is a HUGE improvement i cant belive how responsive my steering is now. Its a bit slow in gear below idle but thats expected and there could still be air pockets in the system.

Heres the Pics

looks like a killer kit. If you dont mind me asking how much did it set you back?

$980 for the kit and $230 for the Tie rod and HD TRE's + parts here and there and fluid and stuff...

Old thread but can you tell me what hoses were short?

I have the same set up done years back and i believe the lines were just fine. Never been happy with the sluggish at idle steering though...kinda when ya need it the most as your usually at idle and negotiating a rock or two...

I wonder if the ord upgrade kit would help?

Oh ok, now I found it with your help....must of missed it first time.

Offroad Design offers an upgrade over PSC's "spec" kit that uses a larger feed and return line to the reservoir that helps free up the system and helps speed, this is a $36 option that nearly all of our customers go for.
