PSC steering ram

As far as force goes, the 1.5" will have plenty of force even for larger tires. The only real concern is the shaft diameter and it's only a concern if you have standard location tie rod and constantly bash it on rocks or other things which could bend your tie rod which would in turn bend the hydro shaft. If you don't have any troubles hitting things on your tie rod or have a beefy tie rod then the .625" shaft won't be a problem. PSC ram is by far the nicest ram i've seen out there.

Ya I have a stock tie rod but will go to a large diameter heavy wall one later on. I do run rock but do not "bash" it on the rocks only the sheetmetal bashes the rocks:D .

I talked directly to tom a couple weeks ago when i ordered my ram. he said the speed differences in the 1.5" and the 1.75" are very minimal. I told him i planned on 42's later on, he said get the 1.75". he said a 1.75 would be perfect for up to 42's, but anything bigger 2" will be needed.

I figured for a few extra bucks id get the 1.75" for strength.
