okay so the plan was to leave the child at home for Easter this year. We haven't gone since we have had her and Kristle (my wife) and for that matter I, want to take her with us.
Problem, bench seat in the truck(my blazer is getting torn apart and building a truck). I am worried about her car seat being in my way when I need to steer quickly or something. I drove around with her in a car seat in another truck for a while and its tight with her in the middle.
My solution put bucket seats in and build a custom mount for a car seat that puts her as far back as the seat can go. I think that will make it more comfortable for me. Mostly I am worried about hitting her with my elbows or something. So what do you guys think, any suggestion on seat, she is about 32 lbs now mabey a bit more I will probably just use the stock lap belt to secure it.
Also I kind of want it to look cool and be less than 100 bucks or so
