I had zero problems with LMC truck but I only got exterior panels. I fabbed all my interior panels w 16 ga and a welder which is what I would do if I was you. Yours is wayyyyy better shape than mine.

I'd make any part you can. Mostly anything except the tail pan with the ridges isn't too bad to make.

Grinder, lots of cutoff wheels, some soap stone and a welder and your good to go.

I used some 16 gauge sheet steel from tsc.

I have a lot more but here is one example.

And bedliner hides all anyways.
