Just installed a brand new set of Tuff Country 4" lift 52" springs under the front of my truck.

Pulled the overload before installing.

Wanting to know if it is ok to remove the bottom leaf off of the spring pack? They currently has 5 leaves in them, I would reduce that to 4.

Will this wear the springs out prematurely or cause any other issues?

Yes yes and they might sag a ways. Might find the fender with the tire after a few runs.

One way to find out

I may just leave that 5th one in then.

I was gonna pull that last on just to help me with leveling the truck out.

I need about 4" in the rear. I've got 2.5" of that figured out (longer shackles, moving the shackle flip back to fix shackle angle and an EZ-Inch). If I add x2 more leaves to the rear 64's I'll have another inch.
