When pulling a motor out of a k10 is it easier to pull with the trans/t-case attached? If i seperate it ,would i just block up the trans?

Definitely easier to just pull the engine without the trans/tc. Yes support the transmission while the engine is out, either on a jack or with a rod between the frame rails.
