pulling the grille??"???

do i have to take off the chrome trim before the grill will come out???? and how do i get the trim off???thanks

nope all you have to do is take out 4 screws that are located on each corner of the grill. im not sure how to take off the trim i havent really looked at that. but the grill is easy to take out just look around and you will see the screws i am talking about.

well if its an 89-91, the 2 side bezels surrounding the head lights and the center grille piece over lap, and if my memory is correct you have to take off the side bezel bolts then work ur way in. the chrome is part of the grille.if its an older truck....im not too sure, hope this helps.

year probably makes some difference. but on my 82, it's just a few screws into the mount on top (you have to open the hood), then a few near the headlights and out it comes.
