putting a 14bsf in a 90's truck

anybody have experience putting a 14bsf into a 90's 1/2 ton and getting the axle re drilled to 5 lug? brake drums fitting 15"s? thanks!

I ran one for many years in my 92, I just swapped it out this winter for a 10.25 sterling. Its a direct bolt in if from another gmt400 truck, with a conversion u-joint or swap the pinion yokes. I kept it 6 lug and ran 15" rims without an issue.
