Putting a Price on a truck

Guys, I am looking for a little help. I have a 1985 california rust free 2nd owner k5. This truck is all original and I would say it is a 9 out of 10 for interrior and exterrior being very critical on judging it. Most who see it say its a 10 out of 10. 137k original everything, pretty well documented all the way back to the original salemans information. It is two tone blue white 5.7 700r4 that was rebuilt in 07. Truck has been in storage sense 07

If I could attach a photo I would but I can not seem to figure out how to do so.

Any how, how would you put a price tag on this unit....

Passes emissions? Everything shifts fine? 4wd and trans? No overheating problems, trans or engine?
Have AC? Does it work?
How are the tires? Tire size? I take it no lift?

No problems what so ever, passes emissions,has ac, works tires are 75% I dont know the size at the moment(highway tires), no lift
