Q-jet carb

Hi,
Does anyone out there know the stock setting(in turns)for a 1981-1982 california q-jet APT and the idal mixture screws. Having trouble getting the carb to tune down right for the smog here. Also if anyone out there is knows smog should they be set at stock setting or should they be adjusted?
