Q jet idle help

My long and drawn out battle with my Q-Jet continues...

Can someone give me a little help/explanation on setting the idle on the q-jet? I thought I did it right last year...but now it idles anywhere from 200-450 RPM
I know approx. where it is, but I always get it confused with the idle mixture screw...

Explain anyone? I cannot my Q-jet manual right now, so therefore I resort to the next best thing:Ck5.

Idle speed screw is on the drivers side of the carb facing forward, the idle mix screws are on the front of the carb facing forward.
