How much do used but working q-jets go for?? I have a core to rebuild but was thinking of saving myself a headache and buying one that was working?

Watch Ebay for them. I picked one up at swap meet for 10 bucks, hooked it and been usin' it ever since!

They aren't all that hard to rebuild either.

easy to build once youve doen a few, easycake, trick is to soak them in carb cleaner bucket overnight and rinse hot water and air compressor blow the out good, the air horn assembly and bowl assembly and throttle plate assembly.
then go to town on reassembly, getting choke right on auto choek housing models is the hardest part

meanwhile i have a very nice running 79 TH400 BB rochester Q jet for sale 40 plus ride,
good luck

I have 4 or maybe 5 quadrajets that I will sell for $100.00 plus shipping for the whole lot. A couple work nice and not sure about the others. They are all off of running vehicles though.
