q-jet question?

seeing fuel on the front valve blades....does that mean i'm getting to much fuel into the bowl, maybe the float has givin' way and is now waited down with gas? any ideas or knowledgable advice needed>

Where exactly do you see fuel? It may be simply splashed through the vent tube in the cernter of the carb. If this is the case, just put a small piece of hose on the vent tube to make it longer so that the fuel cannot come out.
