what is the torque setting for the 4 bolts that mount the qjet to the intake manifold?

Just a little beyond sung. If you're not careful you could break the mounting ears off the back two if over tightened.

Id go with exactly what Scott said, but Chilton says 144 INCH pounds in a criss-cross pattern. A little to accurate for me....snug will do!
