quadrajet model ID question

Have two quadrajets:

The first one is from a 78 5/8 ton with a 3 speed and 350







The second one is from a 350 that I picked up. Apparently the carb was in a 87 1 ton V30. According to the code it's for an olds with auto trans? carb I think.








Trying to decide which one is a better choice for my 84 k10 with a 700r4

The first one has no electronics and the second one does...so it depends on whether you need the electronics on the carb.
