Question about body mounts?

Well Im getting a 88 chevy 1500 from my dads friend. Its regular cab, 8 foot bed. I havent been able to really look at it, but the cab doesnt line up with the bed, the left side of the cab is like 3 or 2 inches lower on the right than the left side. I looked at the body mounts real quick, but they dont look that messed up. What are the chances that the frame is bent? Or is most likely a bad body mount on the drivers side on the cab? He said the owner before took the bed off to replace the fuel pump. Any ideas???
