When i cut my fenders i dont want to have those sharp edges left over cuz im sure it can rust easier and it will get all bent up from twigs, is there a special tool or some way to make a lip on it so it isnt sharp, and it will look clean, i dont want Fender flares like bushwhackers, i might consider flares that dont stick out as much feed back apprieciated Thx

There is some stuff you can get at most hardware stores that you can use to protect the edges of exposed cut metal. It pops on like door guards for cars. I can't remember what it is called, though. I used to use it around the edges of channel steel that I used for roof racks. I would look into that. Can get it any color or paint it.

Be sure to prime or paint the exposed metal cuts so it doesn't rust.
