There is a sticky a the top explaining how you're not supposed to ask about what something is worth in the garage but:
~$100 probably. They are kind of desired because they are stronger than most aftermarket replacements. Its also likely that they're pretty worn and replacement parts are hard and expensive (one of mine wouldn't even really engage because the teeth were so worn and was sold for $20 as a spare).
