I have a 87 V-10 4x4 with a 4" lift with a 4" steering arm. I don't need a raised or lowered pitman arm or a 4" drag link is this right? The 4" steering arm is all I need or do I need a 4" steering arm and 4" draglink?

If you have a 4" lift and 4" steering arm, you are good to go.
By the way that V-10 got me going for a while till I remembered the V replaced the K in 87 for the new body style.
:D
I was thinking chevy didn't make V10's only v6 and v8 :D

You will be fine with the 4" steering arm. Thats all I have on my 89 V10. Just set the tow and you are good to go. Might also want to install a steering dampner if you dont already have one.
