question for all of you who have rebuilt an sm465

need to rebuild my tranny. normally this is somthing that i would do myself. but i no longer have all the tools that i did at one time. so i thought i would ask since i have never torn down a 465, can i rebuld this with just your basic hand tools? or am i gonna need a special tool?..am i going to have to press anything on and/off? or should i just cough up the money and take it to a shop?

sorry if this has been discussed before. i started to search but this dial up is not wanting to coroperate, it litterly took almost 2min to load a page...

looks like you will need a press. I have also found exploded diagrams and rebuild manuals on line but I can't seem to find the links right now. Good luck.
