Question for car stereo installers

I want to replace the head unit in my 2000 Camaro SS. The problem I am having is that I still want the steering wheel controls to operate the radio and CD changer in the back. I looked at several head units, but came up empty on one that would be compatible. Does anyone know of a head unit that would work, or how I could retro-fit a head unit to make it work with the steering wheel controls?

Any headunit will work as long as it has an ir remote. You will need a peripherial converter to change the steering will controls to ir ;-)
