Just wondering if someone could measure the shock pin to pin for me, or even a hub to fender lip measurement on the rear of their 4" lifted K20.
I just bought a 14bff and before I put it in I think it'd be good to change my awful springs on the rear. I have the stock? leaf pack with a 2" block and I'm wondering how much higher the spring will put me if any(and what bilsteins to get). Currently my truck is at 2' pin to pin on the shock, in its stock location, & 25" center of the hub to whats left of the fender lip.
PS Its an 85

My '79 has 2" rears w/ 2" block & measures 25" hub center to fender lip. Not sure on the shock measurement mine has a 2wd 14bff. These have lower shock mounts than the 4wd version.

cool, thanks for the info, look like I'd end up around the same height w/new 4" springs.

Thanks for the reply.
