Question for those with crossover steering

how much did it run to do the swap on a d60? also is the pitman arm that ORD sells necessary or can i use the stock 2wd arm?

I think the total cost was around $500 for the full rockstomper kit... sleeved rock rod, tres, beefy bent drag link, more tres, steering arm, and pitman + shipping. Its been a while since I got the goodies... but I am pretty sure it was around that much... it could be done cheaper if you dont need a bent drag link and you shop a bit. I'd recommend getting a Sky steering arm... very high quality piece and cheap too. Someone here on ck5 could prolly make ya a tierod and drag link if you had the measurements... be cheaper than RS...
