Ok now I got my chip from TBIChips.com and it worked better than I imagined. Not perfect but a hell of a lot better. the only problem I am having now is the idle is really high. It is around 1000 when I am not moving and when I push the clutch in while driving it stays at 1500 then once I stop it settles slowly to 1000 and so the cycle continues. What causes this? Do you know how to fix this? i havent tried to set it using the IAC method yet so we will see if that works. Any input would be nice. Thanks for all of your help. Andy

First, double check your TPS voltage, again, it should be set at .54-.56v. Secondly, try to adjusting the idle screw, it "may" still be set a little bit high. Then reset your IAC min air setting. If all of the above fails, start looking for a vaccum leak. Keep us informed.
